From Catacomb Records:
We are proud to announce a new addition to Catacomb Records - Grifter. We have known the guys for a while now, you may of heard their track "Slow Boy" on The Sound of The Catacombs but this week they officially signed with us.
We will be releasing their EP, The Simplicity of the Riff Is Key, which is scheduled for an autumn release. The EP features the tracks “Bean,” “The Voices,” “Pendulum,” and “I Jesus.” These were recorded live at April Media Studio in Plymouth in October 2007 and mixed at Jimbish studio between November `07 and Feb `08.
Grifter has been around since 2003 and play AC/DC inspired stoner rock. In the meantime, check out the forthcoming Bad Acid Tab 8 CD for a preview of "Pendulum" off the EP and read about them in the magazine.
