Tank86 on European Tour with Dozer
The Dutch instrumental rock band Tank86 is going on tour across Europe with the renowned Swedish rock band Dozer. The Beyond Collosal Tour starts on November 19 in Berlin and will visit 16 cities throughout Holland, Belgium, Germany and Austria and end on December 6 in Vroomshoop (NL). Vienna, Munich and Cologne, to name a few, are cities which the tour will visit.
Since Tank86 launched their debut album, Behold, in January 2008, things are going really well.
Bandmember Joost Kruiswijk: "It`s unbelievable what we`ve experienced this year. We we`re overwhelmed by all the good reviews for both the album and our live shows. To be the supporting act for bands like Monster Magnet is in itself something every band dreams of, but the European tour really tops it off."
On November 30, the two bands will hit venue W2 in Den Bosch (NL) where they will join up with Witchcraft. For more info, including the full list of tour dates, visit www.Tank86.com.

Nadja`s fourteen-minute-long song "Sandskin," from Skin Turns To Glass, released earlier this year by The End Records (originally released as a limited CD-R run by Belgium`s Nothingness Records), is available for download for free from Amazon.com
Nadja is a duo of Aidan Baker (guitars/vocals/piano/woodwinds/drums) and Leah Buckareff (bass/vocals) currently based in Toronto, Canada. Nadja originally began in 2003 as a solo project for Baker to explore the heavier/noisier side of his experimental/ambient guitar-based music. In 2005 Buckareff joined in order to make the project more than just a studio endeavour and allow Nadja to perform live.
Nadja creates music that has been variously described as drone metal, ambient doom, and shoegazer, incorporating influences from such diverse artists as Swans, Godflesh, My Bloody Valentine, and B>Codeine. Nadja combines soundscapes, electronics, and atmospheric vocals with snail-crawl, epic riffs and dirge-like percussion, tempering the cacophany with a certain ethereal melodicism such that the listener is enveloped in a sublimating wall of amorphous sound.
After several limited edition cdr releases, Nadja released their first official album, Truth Becomes Death, on Montreal`s Alien8 Recordings in 2005. They have since released material on Conspiracy Records, Profound Lore Records, and Archive Records, and have material out via The End Records and Crucial Blast Records.

SAHG Issues Post-European Tour Update
SAHG, the Norwegian heavy rockers who feature in their ranks members of GORGOROTH, MANNGARD and AUDREY HORNE, has issued the following update:
"We have just returned from the 'Sahg II' European tour, having played some great shows across the continent. We toured along with headliner TROUBLE and GORILLA MONSOON, with whom we had many good times (and drinks) also off stage.
"The tour kicked off in Bologna, Italy, on April 8, and continued to Belgium, before we played five shows in Germany. On the last night, April 20, we played London, England, in front of a magnificent audience, who created a great finale for the tour.
"We were pleased to see so many new fans along the way. Big cheers to everyone who turned up at the concerts, we hope you had as great a time as we had!"
Upcoming SAHG shows:
May 03 - Bergen, Norway - Hulen
Jul. 07 - Tolmin, Slovenia - Metalcamp
Aug. 02 - Askøy, Norway - Lost Weekend Festival
While the band's 2006 debut, "Sahg I", established the band as a force to be reckoned with in doom metal, "Sahg II" proves the band's staying power. Taking inspiration from the forefathers of all things heavy — BLACK SABBATH — SAHG creates its own interpretation of retro, trippy, heavy music, based around memorable, ear-catching riffs.
