Bio:
Mother Of Six are from North Wales. The play a self styled mix of Stoner, Doom, Pop, Prog and Rock. Formed in late 2006 in the small town of Wrexham, they have been writing music and playing a wide range of interesting and varied shows both in the UK and abroad and have collected a loyal fan-base along the way. Songs have come and gone but these gigs were a testing ground for any new songs.
After a few line up changes they have settled on a formidable, strong team and are about to release their debut album called The Integral. All the blood sweat and tears have culminated in the recording of this album. This is an album of strong, varied songs and is looking to get people into buying and enjoying an actual album like the old days, before people were spoilt for choice and shuffling like mad through various different artists and styles.
The Integral should be enjoyed and a complete piece, as a journey. From the atmospheric opening Instrumental to the climactic final bars of the last song. The album is open to interpretation and is there to be enjoyed. This is the return of 'The album'.
"With a steady drone, North Wales band (((Mother of Six))) are ready to bestow their space rock fuzziness upon the world. The band methodically fuses elements of doom, stoner and prog into their ethereal sound. Well sung vocals prevail over sinister riffs, trippy keyboard effects, and heavenly melodies. Really diggin' this!"
