According to Ynetnews, DOWN — the acclaimed New Orleans band featuring CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan, drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist), bassist Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA), guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR), and vocalist Philip Anselmo (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ex-PANTERA) — will travel to Israel this July for a performance an the famed Tel Aviv Barby club.
Tickets for the July 29 gig are presently priced at NIS 160 ($48). Thursday afternoon will see the first 300 tickets sold on special sale at the Metal Shop in Tel Aviv.
Producer Lior Kamali, who brought such bands as PARADISE LOST, EVERGREY and BLACK REBEL MOTORCYCLE CLUB to Israel, is responsible for organizing the DOWN concert.
