Next Saturday and Sunday marks the 4th installment of the Eye of the Stoned Goat Festival. This year's event takes place at Ralph's Diner in Worchester, MA and features 20 bands for 20 bucks over the course of 2 days and also includes the reunion show of Sixty Watt Shaman.
