It shows promise and I hope to see more from these guys, but for right now they are only so-so in my mind. Better then some, worse then some. German Doom has a different vibe to No...I disagree. German Doom has a different vibe to North American doom (I am from Alberta, Canada) and Wheel's album is a great slab of doom taken in that context. Maybe it is because I am half German (on my Dad's side) but I love the depressing shit that the German bands put out.
